Cyrus does a very low-fi run through of the setup for Cockatrice, a free program that lets you play mtg online using any cards you want. Cockatrice doesn’t enforce rules like mtgo or Arena, but it’s still awesome and a lot of people use it for playing cedh (especially right now!!).
